Terms of Service
The rules for using this website. Short version: use it in good faith, the content is ours, and the prices you see here are guidance for budgeting — a binding quote only exists once we have scoped your project and put it in writing.

Who these terms are with
This website is operated by DevFuture, 14 Hanover Quay, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin 2, Ireland. Using the site means accepting the terms on this page. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
These terms cover the website only. Work we do for you is governed by the separate written proposal and agreement for that project, which takes precedence over anything here.
Estimates and quotes
Prices, ranges and timelines shown on this site — including in the cost calculator and on service pages — are indicative guidance to help you budget. They are not offers capable of acceptance, and they do not form a contract.
A binding price and timeline exists only once we have scoped your project and both sides have agreed a written quote. We will tell you plainly if your requirements move a project outside the ranges published here.
Using the site
You agree to use this site lawfully and in good faith. In particular, do not:
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers, or any connected system;
- submit false information through our forms, or use them to send unsolicited or abusive content;
- scrape, republish or redistribute substantial parts of the site’s content for a competing commercial purpose;
- interfere with the site’s operation or availability for others.
Our content
The text, design, code, graphics and structure of this site are owned by DevFuture or used under licence, and are protected by copyright. You may read, link to, quote briefly with attribution, and print pages for your own reference.
Our open-source projects are a separate matter: those are published under their own licences in their own repositories, and those licences govern what you can do with them — not this page.
Accuracy of what we publish
We write the technical and pricing content on this site carefully and keep it current, but it is general information, not advice for your specific situation. Do not treat an article or a service page as a substitute for scoping your own project with us or another professional.
If you find something on this site that is wrong or out of date, tell us and we will correct it.
Links to other sites
Where we link to third-party sites — client projects, package registries, documentation — we do so because we think they are useful. We do not control them and we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Availability
We aim to keep the site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, including published prices and service descriptions, without notice.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or business, arising from your use of this website. This clause is about the website; liability for project work is dealt with in the agreement for that project.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published here, with the date below, is the one that applies.
